A Delmatic lighting management system controls lighting throughout the public areas of the commercial tower as well as the hotel tower. Delmatic supplied standard ISO open-protocol lighting control modules, presence detectors and multisensors to a local system integrator who configured the lighting management hardware into an integrated, connected solution with both lighting and air-conditioning related to occupancy.
The complex comprises a mix of commercial, hotel and residential accommodation and the unique granite and glass facades with their stepped towers contribute to Dubai’s dramatic skyline along the main highway.
